Welcome to Original Plumtree Heights Owners Association Inc.

The Original Plumtree Heights Owners Association Inc. (OPHOA) is a private community located off Maple Avenue in Bethel, Connecticut. It was built in the early 1970’s. There are 96 townhouse units in 16 buildings, 41 garage units in 7 detached buildings, a community building, children’s playground, basketball court and shared pool.
There are two other separate associations located in the Plumtree Heights. They are: The New Plumtree Heights Condominium Association, Inc. (148 units); and The New Plumtree Heights II Condominium Association, Inc. (31 units). OPHOA shares with them responsibilities for common roadways, playgrounds and a pool.
